What is Class ACT?
We are a project-based learning (PBL) school within the Chequamegon School District which is located in the beautiful Chequamegon National Forest and just 60 minutes south of Lake Superior.
Class ACT is open to all 9th through 12th grade Wisconsin high school students. Self-motivated students who seek challenging inquiry-based work, would like more control of their learning experiences, and desire to learn the skills necessary to compete in the global world may choose this option to earn high school credits that lead to a high school diploma.
Want to be a community partner?
We believe our community is essential to our school. Our vision is to connect our learners with community people who share our rich northern Wisconsin economies.
Engaging Students in their Environment
We love to ask questions and seek solutions! Do you want to learn how to investigate complex questions, problems, or challenges? Are you interested in leaving a conservation legacy for future generations? Come join us as we build connections with our community through our work with local, regional, and state experts.
